Texas sugar - Meat Church

This versatile Southwestern pork and poultry rub, with cumin notes, offers a delightful mix of sweetness and a subtle spicy kick, reminiscent of our popular Holy Voodoo blend. It works wonders on ribs, pulled pork, chicken, turkey, seafood, smoked cream cheese, and popcorn. Despite its sweetness, the rub is not overly sugary, standing out as less sweet than six of our other seasonings. Many competition cooks have achieved success using this rub on their ribs, pork, and chicken dishes in sanctioned BBQ competitions.
